Overhaul in Ohio: A talk with attorneys Kim Brooks Tandy and Al Gerhardstein on the case against DYS

The Children's Law Center's Kim Brooks Tandy talks with attorney and President of the Ohio Justice and Policy Center Al Gerhardstein about sweeping changes to the juvenile justice system taking place in Ohio, thanks to a federal class action first filed as a compliant against the Ohio Department of Youth Services in 2004 and resulting in a settlement in May 2008.

CLC's 20th Anniversary Gala

On May 7, 2009, the Children's Law Center celebrated 20 years of service to children.  The event was held at the Carnegie Center.
