Shelby Campbell serves as an attorney with the KEYs to a Future Without Youth Homelessness (KEYS) program, a collaborative community effort dedicated to ending youth homelessness. Through the Children's Law Center's partnership with KEYs, Shelby works closely with youth-serving shelters to address the legal challenges that can prevent young adults ages 18 to 24 from obtaining and maintaining stable housing.

Passionate about helping young people achieve long-term stability, Shelby provides legal advocacy and guidance that empowers clients to navigate complex legal systems and remove barriers to housing.

Before joining the Children's Law Center, Shelby practiced at Adams, Hayward & Welsh and gained experience with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy and Offutt Nord, PLLC. She earned her law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University.

When she's not advocating for her clients, Shelby enjoys live music and painting in a variety of mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, and oil.
